BAND INFO
Andi Deris

Vocals

Sings in Helloween since 1994 till now

He proved to be more than appropriate replacement of Michael Kiske, not only as a singer but also as an amazing songwriter. Deris is the author of such hits as Forever And One, Before The War, Time, Immortal, Don't Stop Being Crazy and others. He owns Mi Sueno studio (Tenerife, Spain), where Helloween lately record their albums.

"I like working as a band and as friends. There is not “I” but only “We”. Nobody should hide something from no one when it has to do with the band. If I had stolen a million dollars I would have flew away in Hawaii."

"I don’t know if it has to be melody but it must be melody. If you hit their nerve, you can stay there forever!"

(interview for Metal Eagle webzine)
